Return:
You may return your order within (7) Days. You may be eligible to return the order if;

1. Product is unused, in original unbroken packaging.
2. You have received a wrong product
3. You have received a damaged product

Refund:
For delivered products, we will refund to you the product amount (including the amount paid for the original shipping fees):

1. if the products are damaged
2. if your reason for return is due to a wrong product you received.

In all other circumstances, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees of 30AED) and you may pay the costs of return shipping.
For products not delivered, you will receive a full refund.

Refund procedure:

1. If you paid by credit/debit card or COD, we will issue a refund to your card.

Refund Timescale:
It may take 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed as per your bank. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at (support@wshaq.com).
